The Clarus Services team has worked with some of the largest and complex VOIP networks in the world and has certified over 5 million end points (phones).  We understand IP and we want to share our knowledge and methods with your team as we support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) critical life cycle events such as:

  • Deployments – CUCM and Unity
    The Clarus team brings a combination of comprehensive certification and testing methodologies with highly skilled and experienced technicians to deliver a quality, reliable and cost effective deployment.
  • Upgrades and Migrations – CUCM and Unity
    The Clarus team ensures successful migrations by performing analysis and comparisons of the current CUCM  with the “target” CUCM environment. In addition the team completes certifying the upgrades or migrated environment.
  • Voice Service Optimization
    Customers who have had a CUCM solution in production for some period of time can take advantage of this service to ensure that the deployment has been implemented as intended and that it has maintained operational integrity. Included in this service is the assessment of resource capacity; the quality of the CUCM solution and operational risk assessment.
  • SIP Migrations
    Clarus ensure that TDM calls have migrated successfully from TDM to SIP and that call conditions and handling is occurring as intended prior to the migration.
