Clarus Systems Adds Cisco Cius Support to its Flagship UC Management Software
REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (October 25, 2011) -- Clarus Systems, Inc., a leading provider of integrated management software and services for enterprise voice, video and Unified Communications, today announced Cisco Cius support within its ClarusIPC Plus® UC Management Software. The new capabilities include testing, reporting and monitoring of communications features of the Cius device when used in conjunction with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
ClarusIPC Plus® supports the following capabilities for Cisco Cius as a voice endpoint:
- Registration Status Monitoring: monitor and alert on connection between the Cius and the Communications Manager, a key enabler of enterprise voice services
- Automated Testing: testing of Cius enterprise voice apps, including outbound and inbound (DID) calling, as well as call permission verification
- Voice Quality and Service Availability Monitoring: monitor and alert on call failures, blocked or dropped calls, and voice quality metrics
- Configuration Reporting: Access and track changes to critical configuration information
