SAN FRANCISCO - December 15, 2005 - Clarus Systems, the leading provider of automated testing solutions for IP telephony systems, today announced that Bill Rossi, president and CEO of Greenfield Networks and former vice president and general manager at Cisco, has joined the company's board of directors. "A major reason call quality suffers is that the vast majority of IT departments (72%) are only looking at overall network usage rather than examining the individual behaviour and usage of each application, including voice."
